Welcome new friends!
This day in 1869 the Transcontinental Railroad was completed.  To celebrate, why don’t you take a listen to this radio ad from 2000 promoting Railroad Conductor Training at Cincinnati State. (Come on! I can’t be the only one celebrating this…can I?) Here in the archives we have a great audio collection which includes advertising from the 70s to the present.
