The Archives accepts additions to its collections and holdings, especially unpublished personal papers and organizational records such as correspondence, diaries, photographs, scrapbooks, and research files that complement records created by Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
Donors and Archives staff complete a “Deed of Gift” form, which transfers legal custody of the materials to the Cincinnati State Archives and also prescribes donation conditions and (if any) restrictions. Donation guidelines can be found in the Collection Policy and Donor Agreement
