Meet Charles Francatelli, author of A Practical Guide to the Culinary Art and one of the stars of a collection we just finished processing.
This collection of research materials, given to the library by Dr. Allen Bernard, contains 75 slides, all of which are now available on Flickr. The bulk of the research appears to have been conducted in 1991 on the subject of 19th century cookery and household management.
